Management / Leadership Boot Camps:
Boot camps are hosted at our Raleigh Location.
These week-long training sessions (M-F) are held in our Raleigh training facilities. Participants can expect a blend of classroom style learning and hands-on skill acquisition. All boot camps require proper PPE and clothing appropriate for a Baker work site. All necessary tools will be provided; participants are permitted to bring their own if they desire.
Management 101
This intro-level boot camp focuses on safety, planning, quality control, productivity and technology from the standpoint of a manager. Group activities and open discussion support a collaborative learning experience where participants can share experience, gain valuable perspective and sharpen their management skills.
