Residential Flashing 101 focuses on the Baker Best Practices (BBP) used to install flashing on a Residential house. Participants will learn the BBP through guided instruction and hands-on repetition. Basic installation procedures include; apron flashing, apron outside and inside corners, step flashing and inside and outside corners and lead transitions.
Boot Camps are week-long training sessions (M-W) held in Raleigh at our training facility that focuses on intensive hands-on skills acquisition. Participants should wear clothing appropriate for a Baker worksite and are encouraged to bring their own PPE. Participants can also bring their own tools if desired, but on-site tools will also be provided.
