Training Workshops:
Workshops are hosted at either our Cary or Apex Location.
These workshops are designed to have students from across the BRC landscape engage in conversations at the field level. Each workshop is lecture based and provides thoughtful insight into what it means to be a leader at BRC and what and who we are as a company.
This one-day lecture course is designed to engage in meaningful conversations regarding leadership, expectations and navigating different personalities you will come across not only at work but in everyday life. Some of the topics covered are:
- Leadership the Baker way
- Job Costs
- Introductory to Customer Service

Roofing 101 introduces basic roofing terminology, roofing system, and tools. From Accounting to Restoration, we present all these workings parts that make up the company we work for. Roofing 101 is available to all employees’ company wide, and we encourage those individuals who may not be directly involved with the installation of performing service work to attend to understand just what our employees do daily.
