Fast Track to Foreman:
Boot camps are hosted at our Apex Location.
The Fast Track to Foreman program is designed to train individuals with no prior roofing experience. In just 12 weeks, participants will learn essential skills to identify and repair common deficiencies—primarily found on premier accounts and big box customers. The training is designed to target new individuals with no experience; current employees with experience are eligible to attend.
F2F includes 4 weeks of Boot Camps at the Apex Training Location. Participants are also expected to attend cohort meetings in their local office.

Construction Manager Program:
The below training modules can be incorporated within boot camps or accessed as an entire program.
The Field Introduction provides a hands-on introduction to roofing. Field Engineers spend approximately 4-6 months in the field working with our service and production crews on various roofing systems.
Centered around Pre-Construction, this phase focuses on the technical side of roofing. Project Engineers spend approximately 10-12 months working through the submittal process with our pre-construction department.
With the foundational roofing knowledge in place, it’s time for the Practical Application. The next 4-6 months are spent on active projects where the real-life application is seen and practiced. Upon completion of the program, graduates move into estimating and operations roles throughout the company.
